Our fee structure is simple and disclosed in writing before any representation begins.

  • Workers’ compensation matters: statutory contingency, subject to approval by the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB) under California rules. No upfront fee.
  • Initial consultations: always free, 24 hours a day, in English or Spanish.
  • Case costs (filing fees, depositions, experts) are advanced by the firm on qualifying matters and reimbursed from the recovery. Cost responsibility is detailed in your written fee agreement.
