With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and fluency in both English and Spanish, Tania plays a key role in supporting the firm’s growing team across all departments. She oversees hiring, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations, ensuring the firm’s culture remains strong, inclusive, and mission-driven.
