María Prieto joined Pérez Law in 2021 and serves as the firm’s Receptionist. As the first point of contact for many clients, María plays a key role in creating a warm, welcoming environment at the office. She is responsible for answering calls, assisting walk-ins, and handling mileage reimbursements, providing helpful and timely support to both clients and staff.
With over 35 years of experience as a receptionist, María brings a strong background in customer service and administrative support. Her career spans multiple industries, including banking, mortgage loans, retail, real estate, and direct care. This diverse experience gives her a unique ability to communicate with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency in every client interaction.
María continues to apply her learning to better support both her team and the firm’s mission. She is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing her to assist a wide range of clients and make everyone feel understood and valued.
Known for her patience, reliability, and friendly demeanor, María takes pride in making sure every person who walks through the door feels heard and respected. Her approachable nature and dedication make her an essential part of the Pérez Law team.
Outside of work, María enjoys traveling and exploring new places, always bringing that same sense of openness and curiosity to her day-to-day work.
