Kenia Paola Ruíz joined the firm in October 2024 as a Legal Assistant and quickly became a trusted member of the team. She plays a key role in managing workers compensation case files, preparing legal documents, and coordinating schedules while keeping clients informed every step of the way.
Kenia holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in International Business, combining her academic background with a natural talent for organization and problem-solving. Fully bilingual in Spanish and English, she is passionate about bridging communication gaps and ensuring every client feels heard, respected, and supported.
Known for her reliability, proactive approach, and warm personality, Kenia strives to make the legal process less intimidating for clients. She believes in providing clear guidance and creating a positive experience, even during challenging times.
Outside of the office, Kenia enjoys spending time with her family, focusing on personal growth, and learning new skills. She is currently studying German. She also loves watching movies and taking relaxing trips to the beach.
