Jessica González joined the firm in April 2022 and stepped into her current role as a Workers’ Compensation Case Manager in July 2024. With experience in the field dating back to 2013, Jessica brings over a decade of focused knowledge in workers’ compensation, helping injured workers navigate their claims with clarity and care.
Jessica is known for her deep understanding of the claims process, her responsiveness, and her commitment to client service. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she communicates clearly and compassionately with a diverse range of clients, ensuring they feel supported and informed every step of the way.
In addition to her case management responsibilities, Jessica also serves as a Hearing Representative, where she advocates for clients during administrative proceedings and ensures their rights are protected throughout the legal process. Her duties also involve negotiating settlements to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
