Estefanía Rodríguez joined Pérez Law in 2023 and currently serves as the Office Manager for the firm’s remote office in Estelí, Nicaragua. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the office, including supervising work schedules, monitoring performance, coordinating payroll, and ensuring that all administrative functions run efficiently.
Estefanía is fluent in both English and Spanish, which allows her to maintain effective communication across departments and locations. While she doesn’t have direct contact with clients, her leadership and attention to detail ensure the team is fully supported, so they, in turn, can provide the highest level of service to our clients.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Politécnica de Nicaragua in 2014, and later completed a Master’s in Business Management from UNAN FAREM Estelí in 2019.
In addition to her role at Pérez Law, Estefanía is an entrepreneur and runs her own marketing business. Her passion for organization, growth, and leadership shines through in both her professional and personal life. She takes pride in creating a positive, productive work environment and being part of a firm that makes a meaningful impact.
