Becky Solis joined the firm in 2025 and brings over a decade of experience in workers’ compensation. She began her career in the field in 2012 as a receptionist and worked her way up, gaining in-depth knowledge of the claims process from the ground up. With a customer service background dating back to 1998, Becky takes pride in helping others by guiding injured workers and connecting them with the resources they need to move forward.
Fluent in Spanish, Becky works closely with attorneys to secure medical treatment and appears at hearings as a representative on behalf of injured workers. Known for her patience, professionalism, and steady support during challenging times, Becky is a dedicated advocate throughout every step of the claim. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her children and extended family.
