Araceli Soto brings more than two decades of experience and dedication to her role as Workers’ Compensation Manager at our Ontario office. Since joining the firm in December 2001, Araceli has quickly advanced from receptionist to case manager and now department manager, a reflection of her work ethic, leadership, and deep understanding of the workers’ compensation process.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Araceli oversees case managers and ensures that client matters are handled smoothly, from initial intake through settlement. She regularly steps in to resolve issues, collaborates with adjusters and defense counsel, and communicates directly with clients to guide them through every stage of their claim.
With over 24 years of experience in the industry, Araceli has earned a reputation for being thoughtful, efficient, and genuinely invested in her clients’ well-being. Her open-door policy with her staff, strong attention to detail, and client-first mindset help make a stressful process more manageable for injured workers.
