Ricardo Agustín Pérez is the managing attorney at Pérez Law, PC and a second-generation lawyer continuing his family’s legacy of service to injured workers and accident victims. He grew up in the firm, helping out as a child and later working through high school and college before becoming an attorney in 2014.
Mr. Pérez leads the Workers’ Compensation Department and works alongside his father in co-managing the Personal Injury and Employment Law practice. Together, they have grown the firm into a trusted resource for working families across Southern California, expanding its reach with additional offices and a dedicated support team in Central America.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Pérez has overseen thousands of injury cases and helped secure tens of millions of dollars in settlements for clients. He is frequently sought out by co-counsel and referring attorneys to assist with complex and catastrophic cases, including those involving commercial insurance, amputations, and traumatic brain injuries. Clients know him for his responsiveness, clear communication, and determination to maximize recovery.
Beyond casework, Mr. Pérez plays an active role in guiding firm strategy, team development, and client service innovation. Fluent in English and Spanish, he is committed to ensuring every client feels understood, supported, and empowered.
Outside the office, Mr. Pérez enjoys traveling, cars, and staying connected to his family and friends.
