Taís joined the firm in June 2025 as a Legal Assistant, bringing dedication, care, and a client-first mindset to every aspect of her work. She supports the Workers’ Compensation team by assisting case managers with everything from managing QME, PTP, and STP appointments to coordinating diagnostics and addressing clients’ special service needs. Taís plays a key role in keeping clients informed and supported throughout the life of their case.
Fluent in both Spanish and English, Taís is known for her attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to truly listen and respond to each client’s unique concerns. Her goal is to ensure that no task is delayed and that every client feels heard, respected, and well cared for.
Taís is currently pursuing a degree in Educational Science with a focus on English. Her academic background enhances her communication skills and ability to explain complex information clearly—skills that directly benefit the clients and team she supports. Her studies also reflect her strong commitment to continued learning and personal growth.
