Stephany Michell Rivera García joined the firm in April 2025 as a Legal Assistant. She began her journey supporting Uninsured Employers Benefit Trust Fund (UEBTF) cases, where her strong organizational skills, quick adaptability, and eagerness to learn quickly stood out. Due to her performance and dedication, Stephany was soon promoted to assist in both UEBTF and standard workers’ compensation cases, working closely with attorneys and case managers to support clients through complex legal processes.
Stephany is known for her compassionate and client-focused approach. She takes pride in making clients feel supported, especially during difficult and confusing times. Fluent in both English and Spanish, and currently studying Mandarin Chinese, she bridges communication gaps and ensures that clients feel heard, respected, and well-informed throughout their case. Clients consistently appreciate her patience, clarity, and willingness to go the extra mile to assist them.
Currently pursuing a degree in Educational Science with a focus on English, Stephany’s academic background complements her work, equipping her with strong communication and interpersonal skills. She was drawn to legal work out of a desire to grow her ability to connect with others, improve her communication abilities, and expand her knowledge in a field where every day offers something new to learn.
Outside of her legal work, Stephany is a passionate digital illustrator and 3D animator. Her artistic background brings creativity and attention to detail into her day-to-day role at the firm. Whether she’s assisting a client or managing a case file, Stephany approaches every task with empathy, precision, and a genuine commitment to helping others.
